Artist Statement
"Painting is my passion and I am fascinated by faces. The inspiration for my work is often family members and friends, portraying them during happy times. The grandfather asleep in his chair or the child picking her first puppy; these are moments that transcend time and place. In this way, the viewer is emotionally connected to the work through common experiences and memories. I hope you enjoy my paintings as much as I enjoy creating them."
